This is an action under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C.A. § 921 et seq., in which plaintiff as administratrix of her deceased husband seeks to recover damages for the death of her husband, Jere Payne Corkran, Jr., who was killed when a Navy plane collided with an Aeronca student trainer plane operated by the husband.
