This suit was brought under a special act of Congress waiving the statute of limitation, to recover reasonable and entire compensation under the Act of June 25, 1910, as amended, 35 U.S.C.A. § 68, for the unauthorized manufacture and use by defendant of certain patented inventions granted to William H.
