During 1946 Parker R. Dunn, using five trucks and six drivers, was engaged in intrastate transportation for hire under a certificate of public convenience and necessity issued to him by the Georgia Public Service Commission. He also used the trucks in hauling for hire loads of baled cotton from points in Georgia to points in adjacent States, nineteen such trips appearing.
