This is an appeal from a judgment on a directed jury verdict in an action under the Act of August 24, 1935, 40 U.S.C.A. § 270a and 270b, brought by the appellees against the appellants to recover for labor done in the construction of an Army airbase near Ainsworth, Nebraska.
