This is a suit to set aside an order of the Interstate Commerce Commission dated July 8, 1947 which authorizes the issuance of a certificate of public convenience and necessity to Adirondack Transit Lines, Inc. Adirondack is a motor carrier engaged in the transportation of passengers by motor bus over authorized routes between New York City and points in northern and central New York.
