This is an appeal in a suit filed in behalf of one hundred or more employees of the Bethlehem Steel Company to recover overtime pay and liquidated damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. There is no allegation or contention that plaintiffs were not paid the minimum wages prescribed by the act, with time and half for overtime, if regard be had to contract, custom or...
