These two condemnation proceedings to fix the rental value of premises 60-74 Columbus Avenue, New York City, were tried by the late Judge Bright in the Southern District of New York on November 5, 1947. By order dated April 16, 1948, the causes were assigned to me "for trial or final disposition". By stipulations made May 5, 1948, it was agreed that I may "retain jurisdiction to adjudicate and finally determine the issue of just compensation...
