The above-entitled cause, heretofore tried, argued and submitted, is now decided as follows:

(1) The Court having reached the conclusion that the damages caused by reason of the collision between the vessel Glory of the Seas, owned by the libelants and The Stella Di Genova, owned by cross-libelant, on December 14, 1943, was caused by mutual fault, it is ordered that an interlocutory decree be entered that both vessels were at fault...
