This is a motion to dismiss as frivolous two appeals taken in the bankruptcy reorganization proceedings of the Central States Electric Corporation. On January 15, 1948 an order was entered by the District Judge approving the settlement for $500,000 of suits for approximately $25,000,000 by two of the subsidiaries of Central States.
