This is an action to recover overtime compensation, liquidated damages, and attorney's fees alleged to be due by reason of the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 216(b). Pursuant to pre-trial order the issues now before the Court concern only the question of whether or not plaintiffs were properly classified as exempt, and whether defendant had relied on any administrative regulation, order, ruling, approval...
