This appeal is from an order temporarily restraining the appellants from removing, damaging, or disposing of a Ford automobile, one case of Southern Comfort, two cases of gin, and sixteen cases of whiskey, which were seized on May 4, 1948, by the sheriff and one of his deputies on a public highway in Wood County, Texas.
