The Price Administrator, Office of Price Administration, brought this action under Section 205(e) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, as amended, 50 U.S. C.A.Appendix, § 925(e), to recover statutory damages from S. G. Chamberlain, a food processor of Anderson, Missouri, who will be referred to in this opinion as "defendant".
