The Valldemosa Steamship Company, Ltd. appeals from a decree, entered upon two libels consolidated into one suit, arising out of the collision of its steamship, "Valldemosa," and the "Woodrow Wilson," owned by the United States, in which the "Valldemosa" was held solely at fault.
