This is a suit by the trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of Mary S. Cernocky to set aside as fraudulent the transfers of certain real and personal property to the defendant Louis Cernocky, Jr., which property it is alleged belonged to the bankrupt, who is the mother of Louis.
