Appellee is a woman of one-half white and one-half Japanese blood. She was born in Japan and continued to live there until she came to the United States under the conditions below indicated. During the American occupation of that country she met John Bouiss, then a citizen of the United States serving in our Armed Forces. They cohabited and although appellee's moral character is not in issue the record shows that in Japan she also openly engaged...
