These actions involve the validity and infringement of all claims of Hathorne Patent 1,932,731, issued October 31, 1933, on an application filed April 20, 1927, and all claims of Kisselle re-issue patent 20,693, issued April 12, 1938, on application filed November 29, 1937, based on Patent 2,025,290 issued December 24, 1935, on an application filed October 13, 1931.
