This appeal is from an order determining the rights of two claimants to a fund deposited in the registry of the court for the payment of attorneys' fees in the principal proceeding. Three attorneys filed their claims to various portions of the fund and, subsequently, one of those claimants withdrew, assigning his asserted share in the fund to appellant who had theretofore filed his claim for the entire fund.
