Telle, Franklin Ewell, crew members of the SS Aurora and on behalf of the Master and crew of the SS Aurora based upon services said to have been rendered as salvors to the SS Aurora in bringing her into the Port of New Orleans from her position in the Gulf of Mexico after the vessel had been attacked by a submarine on May 10, 1942.
