This is a trespass action to recover damages for personal injuries and property damage resulting from a collision between the plaintiff's automobile and defendants' truck. A verdict was returned in favor of the plaintiff against the defendants in the amount of $10,000 for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff. The claim for property damage was denied by the Court for the reason that the plaintiff failed to meet the burden...
