The taxpayer, a meat packing company, brought this action for refund of floor stock taxes, imposed by the Government pursuant to the Agricultural Adjustment Act, 7 U.S.C.A. § 616. The tax was heretofore paid and this taxpayer brought this action to recover the sum which it asserts was unlawfully collected.
