This is an appeal from a conviction and sentence upon two counts of an information filed by the United States Attorney. It is the second appeal to this court from conviction upon the same charges. On the first appeal we reversed and remanded the case for a new trial on the sole ground that the court erred in admitting evidence of offenses other than those charged in the information...
