Cussehta Yarhola was a full-blood Creek Indian enrolled opposite Number 4970. The funds with which the loans hereinafter mentioned were made passed to Cussehta by the will of his deceased wife, Linda Yarhola, and his deceased daughter, Maley Fiers, full-blood Creek Indians, enrolled opposite Numbers 4971 and 4972, respectively.
