United Furniture Company appeals from a judgment against it in the sum of $22,063.38 in favor of the Administrator of the Office of Price Administration, suing on behalf of the United States for violation of Maximum Price Regulation No. 188, whereby maximum prices for the sale of furniture were established. The violations occurred in the period between October 11, 1944, and September 11, 1945, and were involved in the sale of furniture to Montgomery...
