This action was brought by the Price Administrator under § 205(e) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942 as amended, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 925(e), to recover treble damages for the alleged delivery by defendant in Puerto Rico of 1,250,000 gallons of cane blackstrap molasses sold at an overceiling price.
