This is a civil action, filed in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, alleging infringement of the Evans and McDonough patent, No. 2,352,524, issued June 27, 1944, on application filed June 20, 1938. Of the claims in suit, the District Court held that claims 2, 11, 12 and 13 were valid and that claims 6 and 17 were invalid. Plaintiffs thereupon disclaimed claims 6 and 17 along with claim 7, which was not in suit. The...
