These appeals are by the plaintiffs from four judgments for the defendant in that number of actions brought to recover damages sustained in a railroad crossing accident. They were consolidated for trial and tried by jury in the District Court for the Western District of New York. They were argued together in this court and one opinion will serve to dispose of them.
