Manuel Pena, the plaintiff herein, a citizen of the Republic of Mexico, but who resides, and has resided for many years in the City of Mission, Hidalgo County, Texas, brings this suit against B. C. Bourland, Frank Zarsky, and Angela Saenz de Lopez, to recover title to some 200 acres of land, more or less, out of Porcion No. 82, in Starr County, Texas.
