Paul L. Temple, the appellee, filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy in the District Court seeking the adjudication in bankruptcy of a copartnership composed of himself and the appellant, Gordon R. Knoblich, doing business under the firm name of Sullivan Box Factory.
