This suit, commenced January 26, 1932, was originally predicated upon a War Risk, yearly renewal, Term Insurance Contract granted to Charles A. Marino in the amount of $10,000, while he was serving in the armed forces, and upon which no premiums were paid subsequent to May 31, 1919, the date of his discharge.
