The appellant Bilofsky is the owner of U.S. Patent No. 2,341,520 which was granted to Maynard A. Babb on February 15, 1944, on his application filed February 20, 1941, for a starting and operating circuit for gaseous electric discharge devices. The circuit may be used in starting hot cathode, gaseous, fluorescent lamps but the patent is not so limited. The other appellant is a corporation controlled by Bilofsky which is the exclusive licensee...
