By this appeal the LeRoy Dyal Company, Inc., seeks approval of a reparation order issued by the Secretary of Agriculture on March 25, 1946, under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, 7 U.S.C.A. § 499a et seq., whereby Charles R. Allen, the appellee, was directed to pay to Dyal the sum of $5988.02 with interest, for damages caused by the breach of a contract for the sale of potatoes.
