This case involves income, declared value excess profits and excess profits tax liability for the above named petitioner for the taxable year ended December 31, 1941, in the total amount of $26,411.41. Two questions are involved:

(1) Was the compensation of two officers and two employees, as determined by the Commissioner, reasonable?
