This is a petition to enforce an order of the National Labor Relations Board. The respondent, hereafter refered to as the Company, is engaged in the manufacture, sale and distribution of candy and related products at Lynchburg, Virginia. It has approximately 40 to 43 employees, who in August 1942 organized for the purpose of collective bargaining as a local union of the CIO.
