In previous consideration of this case, we certified to the Supreme Court of the United States, Lauro v. United States, 2 Cir., 157 F.2d 416, the question whether a libel for damages for wrongful death will lie under the Public Vessels Act of 1925, 46 U.S.C.A. § 781 et seq. The Supreme Court answered affirmatively, American Stevedores, Inc., v. Porello et al., 330 U.S. 446
