The Capital Transit Company appeals from a judgment against it awarded by the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia, pursuant to the verdict of a jury, to Donald J. Smallwood because of an injury sustained when his automobile was struck by a streetcar in the intersection of 8th and B Streets in southeast Washington.
