1. This is an action complaining of infringement of Claims 1 to 3, inclusive, of U. S. Patent 1,558,980, issued October 27, 1925, on application filed April 24, 1925, on a door latch, and Claims 1 and 2 of U. S. Patent 1,754,889, issued April 15, 1930, on application filed August 10, 1927, on a latch mechanism. Plaintiff is the patentee and owner of both patents.
