This is a redhibitory action instituted by the plaintiff against A. B. Campbell and A. J. Brown, who, it avers, when the cause of action herein alleged upon arose, composed a commercial copartnership under the name of "A. B. Campbell". Plaintiff alleges that on April 13, 1945, through its president, O. O.
