Appellants, thirty-nine in number, brought this action under section 16(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 216(b), against the appellee to recover overtime compensation, liquidated damages, and attorneys' fees. The appellants were employed as firemen at the Arkansas Ordnance Plant near Little Rock, Arkansas.
