In February 1944, we entered a decree enforcing an order of the National Labor Relations Board which, in general terms, directed that the Wallace Corporation offer reinstatement with back pay to 43 named employees, who were found to have been discriminatorily discharged in violation of the terms of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq.
