This suit is one for infringement of a patent, No. 2,341,392, granted to the plaintiff on February 8, 1944, The patent relates to an apparatus for coating transfer fabrics. The defenses are (1) non-infringement and (2) that the plaintiff is not the sole and original inventor of the apparatus, but that it was conceived, developed and constructed by a group of persons including the defendants Humes and Ritchie, the plaintiff, and one Edward Wright...
