The indictment contained eight counts. The first charged conspiracy to violate Section 80, Title 18 U.S.C.A. and the Selective Training and Service Act of 1940, as amended, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 301 et seq., and the rules, regulations and directions made pursuant thereto.
