The Northwestern Engineering Company, a corporation, brought this action against the United States of America under the Tucker Act, 28 U.S.C.A. § 41(20), for damages arising from an alleged breach of contract by defendant, and for costs of suit and interest from date of judgment. 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 258, 284.
