I will grant this motion to dismiss for the portion of the plaintiffs' claims, in each of the three cases, that arose more than three years prior to the time of instituting the suit.

If the plaintiff has any answer to the defense of the Maryland statute setting up this three year period, which is Chapter 518 of the Maryland Acts of 1945, other than the alleged invalidity of the Maryland Act, I would be glad to grant the plaintiff leave...
