Petitioner filed an application in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida for a writ of habeas corpus. The petition denied, he applied to the District Judge under 28 U.S.C.A. § 466 for a certificate of probable cause for an appeal to this court, and that he be allowed to appeal in forma pauperis. The District Judge on April 26, 1946, denied these petitions, and petitioner is here seeking from this court a certificate...
