Plaintiffs seek to recover under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., for alleged overtime during a period of their employment between November 13, 1942, and November 13, 1945.

The question before the Court is whether the plaintiffs are exempt from the operation of the Act because of employment in a bona fide executive or administrative capacity as such terms are defined in the Administrator...
