The United States has moved that this Court extend the period provided in paragraph 12 of the consent decree entered in this cause on November 15, 1938 beyond January 1, 1946, the date to which it was previously extended by consent of the parties, and respondent Ford Motor Company has opposed this motion and in turn moved that this Court enter an order pursuant to paragraph 12 that nothing in said consent decree shall preclude said respondent...
