This is a suit for additional rent in the amount of $245 for the occupancy by the Agricultural Adjustment Administration, Department of Agriculture, from July 1 to August 17, 1941, of the second, third, and fourth floors of plaintiffs' premises known as the Courts Building in Washington, D.C., and for $39.17 for electric current consumed during such period. Defendant paid $851.61 to plaintiffs for such occupancy, prior to this suit, and the sole question...
