This controversy arises out of a protest, filed by complainant against the provisions of Revised Maximum Price Regulation No. 208 (Manufacturers' Maximum Prices for Staple Work Clothing) issued on August 16, 1944, and against Order No. 24 issued under Section 2.6 of the Regulation, on November 3, 1944.
