Shinn and Lottie Pearl Shinn, granted and conveyed unto John Wilver "an undivided one, one hundred-twenty-eighth (1/128) interest in and to all of the oil, gas, and other minerals" that might be produced from 159 acres of described land located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, for a period of twenty years.
