This complaint was filed by the United States District Attorney to compel the defendant, Nash-Kelvinator Corporation, to restore a position to plaintiff, George Arnold Droste, a World War II Veteran whose employment with defendant had been interrupted after seven months' employment by a year's period in the armed services, and to compensate him for loss of wages claimed to be due him because of the alleged failure...
